John Sheridan
John is President and Managing Partner of
Social Media 404 Inc., an Atlantic Canadian organization that helps clients to bridge the gap between traditional business playbooks and the explosive use of Social Media.
In particular, John is pioneering the discipline of
Community Experience (CX), and acts as a Social Architect to create highly effective online interaction.
He is also a member of the User Experience Network (UXnet.org) Board of Directors. UXnet is a California-based non-profit organization comprised of hundreds of volunteers around the world, who are experts in the field of improving the quality of experience a person has when interacting with a specific design.
John has conducted assignments across North America and Europe with telecommunications, natural resources, financial, public sector, with volunteer organizations, health, education, utilities, and internet-based businesses.
