Agree with every point you make here.
I for one would also like to see more news and publicity for the people and the companies that DO offer great service around PEI (such as you did for the Inn in Lake Placid).
Perhaps that would assist in promoting the better service businesses and give them more business (and sales) this would in turn, somewhat force the others to ‘step up’.
